PTA Enrichment: Kindergarten Field Trip: Buttermilk Farms

A Day at the Farm! The entire Kindergarten Grade will spend two hours at Buttermilk Farms and stay for a snack. Students will arrive around 9:45 (the bus will leave Sherman School around 9:15am). Field Trip Includes: Farm animal tour- meet and learn about our cows, goats, pigs, chickens, rabbit, and dog (may include the petting and/or grooming of animals). Fenced in farm yard- providing a variety of safe, hands on, farm related, child friendly activities in a pastoral country setting. Enjoy a tractor drawn wagon ride through our woods and fields with lovely views of the farm. Each student will leave with a flowering plant. http://buttermilk-lane.com All Field Trips (the programming and the bus transportation costs) are paid by the PTA Enrichment Fund! This trips are not organized or paid for using any funding from Fairfield Public Schools.
